Cedar Koons lives on a farm near Timberlake, North Carolina. She writes poetry, fiction, and essays, and teaches creative writing at Duke University’s Institute for Learning in Retirement.


Pamela Altfeld Malone is a writer who lives in Leonia, New Jersey. She’s recently had a short story in Chelsea, a translation from Hebrew in Stories, and poetry in Bellowing Ark.


Richard Meisler writes and teaches in Ann Arbor, Michigan. He’s the author of Trying Freedom: The Case for Liberating Education (Harcourt Brace Jovanovich).
