An Update Regarding COVID-19May 16, 2020
Due to the novel coronavirus, The Sun’s offices are temporarily closed, and staff are working from home. There may be significant delays in responding to postal mail, including payments and renewals. We anticipate that subscribers will continue to receive the magazine each month without interruption or delay.
If you need to contact us, our website is the easiest and fastest way to manage your subscription, make payments and donations, and submit work. (If you haven’t signed in online before, visit thesunmagazine.org/myaccount to get started. For reference, your account number is printed on your magazine’s mailing label.)
- Manage your account online — pay a bill, renew a subscription, change your address, or update your monthly donation amount here.
- For general inquiries or to contact a member of our staff, please click here.
- To submit work or view our submission guidelines, please click here. Please do not mail your submission.
- We are unable to fulfill requests for replacement magazines or single-copy orders. We’re happy to extend your subscription in the event of missed or damaged issues. We have lifted our website’s paywall, so you can also read any issue you missed online.
Our customer-service line (888-732-6736) is still being answered, but callers can expect longer-than-usual hold times. Responses to e-mail inquiries might also be delayed.
We appreciate your patience and thank you for your continued support.
