Roger Sauls

Roger Sauls, The Anvil’s poetry editor, is the author of Light, a book of poems. He writes that he uses so much imagery related to light because “I think of light and spirituality as indivisibly connected. And I think of poetry as a spiritual matter, even if some poems themselves don’t seem particularly spiritual.”
